Sage launches latest version of Line 200

Sage has launched its latest version of Line 200, a wide-ranging business management system which helps medium sized companies maintain control over their business with a complete and integrated range of finance and distribution modules. Sage Line 200 gives companies more ways than ever before to help them build profitable customer relationships and manage their supplier network effectively.

Sage Line 200 provides a single integrated package with a relational database and an open architecture to make finding and using information very easy. From telesales to despatch and credit management, Line 200 can help companies run their business more efficiently. Sage Line 200 has the flexibility to expand and scale up as a company grows and rapid implementation means a quick return on investment. Its wide range of Application Program Interfaces also makes it highly customisable to suit any type of business.

Ebusiness

For businesses planning to offer online ordering to customers or who want to give mobile employees and business partners easy access to their business systems, Sage Line 200 links quickly and easily to the Sage Web Enterprise ebusiness solutions suite. This gives companies a completely integrated business management system that seamlessly links transactions on the web with the back office system.

New and improved features include:

  • Credit management module helps improve cash flow, giving greater control over debt management
  • Through Telesales, Sage Line 200 helps companies sell more effectively to existing customers and prospects by supporting incoming and outgoing sales calls and giving easy access to customer and company information
  • Business alerts can be configured to highlight critical issues and deliver real-time management information
  • AutoQ allows reports and batch function to be fully automated.
  • Integration with the most common Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) networks enables businesses to send and receive any number of business transactions.

Steve Bailey, managing director of Sage says, “Sage Line 200 gives medium sized companies an affordable business management solution which offers the range of functionality previously only available in expensive systems aimed at very large companies. However, despite its increased range of features and benefits, Line 200 remains very easy to implement and operate.”

Sage Line 200 is available from Sage partners which are detailed at http://www.sage.com/ses Alternatively, for further information, please call the customer information hotline number on 0845 600 5999.
