Vote Ledger enables users
to maintain dual General Ledgers, one maintaining an analysis of all
payments and receipts, and the second for standard accrual accounting.
Each of the two General Ledgers can have different Charts of Accounts.
Vote Ledger can also operate on a grossed-up
basis where VAT elements are automatically associated with the appropriate
expense and income account codes.
